Our report will be provided to you at the end of the inspection. Multiple copies of our report are given to the buyer to share with realtors and/or sellers if they like. Deficiencies are brought to the Summary tab where they are broken into 2 categories: Minor Repairs Recommended (cost expected remain under $1,000) & Major Repairs Recommended (Cost expected to exceed $1,000). We encourage the buyer to be present at the inspection so that we have the opportunity to review our findings. Payment is due at the end of the inspection by personal check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.
